Nuestra política de devoluciones tiene una duración de 7 días. Si han transcurrido más de 7 días desde que recibiste tu pedido, lamentablemente no podremos ofrecerte ningún tipo de cambio o reembolso.
No realizamos reembolsos en efectivo. Si por alguna razón no estás satisfecha con tu compra, podrás cambiar la pieza por otra de igual o mayor valor disponible en nuestra tienda. El reemplazo estará sujeto a la disponibilidad del inventario.
Solo se procesará un reembolso si el artículo llega roto o dañado. En este caso, deberás contactarnos dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la recepción de tu pedido para informarnos sobre el daño. Las reclamaciones deberán ser enviadas únicamente por correo electrónico a tierrabellajoyas@gmail.com, proporcionando un comprobante de compra y fotos del artículo dañado. Una vez confirmada la situación, el reembolso se hará utilizando el mismo método de pago que fue empleado en la compra original.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you any exchanges or refunds.
We do not offer cash refunds. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item for another of equal or greater value available in our store. The replacement will be subject to inventory availability.
A refund will only be issued if the item arrives broken or damaged. In this case, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of the damage. Claims must be submitted exclusively via email to tierrabellajoyas@gmail.com, providing proof of purchase and photos of the damaged item. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
